Driver Qualification Card

The ordinary supplement no. 96 to the Official Journal no. 80 of 5 April 2007 introduced the decrees by the Ministry of Transports of 7 February 2007 that determine the procedures to obtain and manage the Driver Qualification Card, and specifies the subjects who can hold initial and periodical training courses.

The Driver Qualification Card is valid from 10 September 2008 if it enables carriage of people, or from 10 September 2009 if it enables carriage of goods.
