Digital chrono-tachograph

All Heron vehicles are supplied with a digital chrono-tachograph, in accordance with the recent laws of the Council of the European Union. It is an electronic device that registers driving times of trucks, coaches and lorries. It has been created to replace the previous analog device, since it was too easy for users to counterfeit it.

Chrono-tachographs have been introduced in order to have safer instruments, easier to use and with greater reliability for drivers, transport companies, garages and authorities, with the aim of improving both the working conditions of carriers and the road safety.

Heron has immediately adopted the standards of the new regulations in order to offer the maximum of safety during its travels!
